You can really see Evan's regret and despair at the end. This is really good. You nailed the emotions.

When I first watched deh I thought Evan was going to at least try to commit suicide after this.

This is the best Good For You Animatic I've seen and let me tell you WHY I always look at the comments on the GFY animatics and everyone's always juding Heidi, Alana and Jared about his involment in this song (specially Jared). People tend to forget that this song isn't actually those characters, except from Heidi's first part (everything before Alana sings). If you play close attention to the show, you'll notice that, in fact, this is Evan's conscience torturing him (Cue: "Tell me how to change the story") for all his lies. Nor Jared, nor Alana, and much less Heidi would tell him those harsh words. Heidi at the beginning was hurt, and sure, that wasn't the best approach, but let's not forger that Heidi's human and Evan told her before this after she stated that she was sorry she couldn't give him everything that "It's not my fault other people can". That must have really hurt her. She had all the right to be mad. Also, the sarcastic "So you got your dream come true? Good for you!" was SO WELL DRAWN. Another thing we see is that, unlike many GFY animatics I've seen, in no moment Evan is facing Heidi with a defiant attitude or even looks mad himself. He looks ashamed, terrified and even is trying to scape the situation. Because he has no right to be mad, and the show doesn't portray him mad either. The expressions of Heidi, Alana, and Jared as Evan's conscience are on point. They are filled with spite, pain, and rage. They are on point on both what Evan knows they are feeling, and what Evan's conscience is making him see to bring him down. Last but not least, Connor. All over the show we see Evan's Connor chasing him, even encouraging him (Cue "Dissapear") at some points, but here... Even in the show, Connor appears for the last "So you got what you always wanted" and sings that too (yet to find someone who adds Connor to the trio on that verse but oh well). His expression filled with disgust, pity, and rage... It's like that last straw. Evan loses it there and we see it here. He covers his head at seeing this last silver lining fading away, like begging it to stop. But it's his own conscience here, he can't stop it. And that is why this animatic is great. Amazing!

This song hits me really hard because I relate to it. All these people are getting mad at Evan, yet they don’t see his suffering. How much pain he is in.

what's amazing about this, is he captured Evan's emotions and his mother's perfectly. that's exactly how almost any mother would react in this scenario. so by capturing the face, hands and rest of the emotions perfectly by all and just that. really good, keep it up~

Omg this is amazing! It really shows the pain of the others when evan abandoned them basically. And Evans guilt in his expression is AHHHHA! Keep it up love!

Holy. Crap. THAT WAS AMAZING!!!!!! I loved how Heidi chased him through the house and then he was stumbling in the dark, which is how he literally felt and he finds them all in spotlights. And then the bit with Connor at the end! AAgHh!!! It’s so good!!!!

I loved this because is it exactly what I imagine when I'm listening to the song. Idk why but Evan's solo really helps with my anxiety (or makes it worse) and I love it

When I first saw this deh I thought Evan was going to try to commit suicide after this. Honestly, I'd I had of been in this situation, I am not sure I would have made it out. I feel like what Evan is saying perfectly captures that moment when you don't want to die, but you just don't want to live.

I'm surprised Evan didn't flip when he saw that his room is endless, there's light coming that light his friends and mom who Gods knows how got there, and they became huge and then he saw Connor, who is dead. I mean, I would've thought that I was going crazy. (Not complaining, just thought that was kind of funny)
