Thank you for the video PK very informative. I catch myself slipping into fear of missing out on selling before the boom. Ultimately I want to sell for a higher price than market and then buying an undervalued house (perhaps timing the market although this is speculative), further enhancing my equity via selling vs using equity in my existing unit. I know a crash is unlikely but i still think there may be a 10% correction in 1 or 2 years

Basically I’m fearful of building the portfolio up as I may have a large mortgage to pay off in the case of a crash

Then you will die leaving everything. Have what you need to have. No point in being greedy and accumulate a lot of money for yourself. Start a business and help others, then there is a point in accumulating money.
