Sorry po sir Gomz, correction lang po.. Pochero rin po in Ilonggo / Negrense ang ginagawa ninyo.. Kansi po is from Bacolod (an original Negrense dish) and it’s peppery and sour, it doesn’t have much of a veg component though you can, pero originally it will only have Batuan and Langka.. Bulalo is technically nilaga, just like Pochero, it’s just the meat that’s different as preferrably si Pochero is pork ribs, “Bulalo” utilizes BULALO. The closes for a local nilaga or “LINA-GA” in Bacolod / Iloilo po is KBL or Kadios, Langka, Baboy.. that’s the closer recipe to BULALO and POCHERO po...

Sarap Naman Yan mayor napapakain na ako

Sa mga waray po, yung pakdol gingamit po na part nnyan ay tuhod. Kasi "pakdol" in waray sa tagalog ay 'nadapa" minsan tayo madapa sa tuhod😅 kaya tuhod po nang baka ginagamit. Yung version po talaga nang pakdol (based sa sa waraynon) wala pong ibang sahog. Wala pong gulay at kahit ano. Yan po pagkakaiba nang pakdol at bulalo. Bulalo is beef shank with sahog pakdol is a knee part tas pure soup lang po, walang kahit anong sahog. Depende po sa timpla. Ginger asin paminta, sibuyas lang po yan Pero i love your version po pero para saakin po bulalo po yung style mo po idol hehe. Im a fan po! More powers po!
