We have the same recipe also with your lola recipe dun sa province namin in Batangas we use dayap or lime instead of lemon. Pero pag wala talagang dayap or lime we use kalamansi. I enjoy watching you making leche plan. GOD bless you and your family.

Your recipe is almost the same with my late mother's, the only difference is she's using 8 pcs large or extra large chicken eggs. So i guess yours is delicious also kasi hindi mgkalayo yung recipe ninyo. This is my husband's & son's one of their favorite dessert. Even my father, sisters, mga pamangkin, cousins and everyone in the family circle love leche flan. But it's been a while since i last cook leche flan for them.
