Nag laway ako miss ko talaga ang mga fresh na pagkain.

One of my most favorite memories living in the Philippines was visiting a fish pond the morning the Bangus would be harvested. As vendors from the local market showed up to buy the fish, my host had put fresh bangus on a grill for us to have breakfast with rice and sliced tomatoes. Masarap talaga!

But they are both savory dahil niluto with lots of love.♥ And I use the marinate as sauce. Pinapalapot ko lang sya slightly. I enjoy your cooking kasi napaka-genuine. 😍

I learned that from my mother who was a home economics teacher in elementary school, graduated from Silliman University.The school curriculum probably don't teach basic kitchen skills anymore. You cook and teach at the same time (reminiscent of my mother)which shows your generous spirit. As I read the comments, all appreciates you immensely and for those who lives far away from home as I am, feel sentimental because of the familiar dishes in your choices of contents.
