They dont stridulate (the loud noise) by rubbing the abdomen. It’s the rubbing of the abdomen that causes the hairs (setae) to get flown into the air. They stridulate (the loud noise) because on the inside face of their fangs (chelicerae) they have ´hairs´ caused stridulatory setae. When they rub their fangs, they produce that sound.

Right at the start, I don't like that threat pose on that person's hand, on a new world no less. Kind of tells me just picked that spider up, instead of letting it walk onto the hand on it's own. Poor blondi, getting stressed like that for a video(not you but whoever the footage was from).

I’m an Australian, and when I was a kid I had this treehouse that I used to play in almost everyday. But in the inside, on the middle of the door there was a ginormous black spider that I thought was a prop for a few years (it wasn’t). It was about the size of the spider mentioned in this video, and it never moved (that’s why I thought it was fake). But when a hive of bees moved into the treehouse, I wasn’t allowed to play on it, after my parents got rid of the bees, I was allowed to play on it again, but the spider wasn’t there. Bro dipped frfr.
