Golf mk5 gti milltek cat back non-res brand new.
This is the sound of the milltek after just being fitted noise changes when bedded in. New video will follow shortly.
Will be uploading a new video in the coming weeks to show how the sound has changed after a few thousand miles with it fitted.
Only issue I have had it 2 small spots on rust which keep appearing where the name is punched into the metal.Quick polish with AD Metal polish and they coming up a treat though.

Hi. Your exhaust sounds awesome! I'm tempted to do it to my GTI. Where did you get it done and how much did it cost?
Thinking about getting this, any thoughts on long term ownership?

Mine has been great to be honest, nice sound no leaks at all since fitting. Great on long journeys suitable sound when booting it but easy on the ears when crusing. If you want something really noisy this exhaust isn't for you. Also to note with this I am still running the cat. With a decat would be louder, but be careful getting one don't buy cheap. Some are smaller where they mate with the turbo so actually decrease performance due to restrictions created.

Hey, I think i really love this. I have an mk5 GT 170ps, which I would like to give it a sound that resonates with it’s sporty behaviour. Generally I am looking for the subtlest changes, that would make it feel super super native. Is this something like that?

@@mtaylor5583 ah okay. Thanks man. Maybe it’s just mine then. I get heat in the engine bay. Heard these engines run hot. Plus my cat o2 sensor is dead - maybe this is giving me issues

No not at all.. use it on motorways daily and it's fine.
