I suspect they want to err on the side of not digging into the old ball too far and risk damaging the core. So if a ball is improperly sized or badly worn it might be missed by the blades.

다 좋습니다. 재생 당연히 찬성합니다. 어차피 주말골퍼는 굉장한 소모품입니다. 공이 좋아봐야 본인이 치는게 정확해지지 않는 싱글이하의 거의 대다수의 주말 골퍼에게는 환영합니다. 그런데...판매 사이트 찾아서 보니...15볼에 25,000~26,000원 하더군요. 생각보다 싸지 않습니다. 물론 생산 공정을 보아하니 코어제조만 빼고 모든 공정이 제대로 만드시다 보니 아마 타산이 그렇게 밖에 안나오나 봅니다. 그래도 그렇지만, 제품설명에는 전혀 재생이라는 이야기가 없습니다. 오히려, 저렇게 싸구려 연습장공...그리고 여기저기 수집한....게다가 커버벗기면서 생기는 흠집.... 이런 상태에서 제품설명에는 마치 엄청난 기술이 들어간것처럼 비거리 향상이네 머네 설명을 하시고, 국산의 자존심이네.... 제가 골프공은 당연히 모르지만...그렇게 제조해도 결국 커버 공정이 진짜 기술력이라면 모르지만..... 이거 제품 판매에 설명이 없는건 좀 아니지 않나 싶어서 댓글 달아봅니다. 참고로 저는 이 제품보다 훨씬 저렴한 30볼에 2만원 좀 넘는 넥센의 빅야드 새제품으로 사용합니다.(요즘엔 잘 안 잃어버려서 슬슬 더 좋은 공으로 교체중이지만요) 이 빅히트 제품보다 싼 빅야드도 이런 공정인건가요? 왜 빅히트공보다 반값이나 하나요? 저렴한 골프공은 원래 이렇게 생산되는거였나요?? 정말 궁금해서 여쭤봅니다.

골프는... 스포츠 중에서 자연을 가장 많이 해치는 스포츠 중 하나입니다... 골프장이 소모하는 물만해도 골프장 하나당 몇만톤이고 농약에 녹지 훼손 등등... 자연을 생각하면서 골프를 친다는 건 말에 어폐가 좀 있는 듯 하네요

@@Kim-mf1te 그렇다고 한국에 있는 500개 골프장, 일본 5000개, 미국 20000개 골프장을 다 밀어버릴수는 없는 노릇, 대다수 대량생산설비 공장이 물 많이 소비하는 현실에서 다 없애버릴 수 없는 것과 같은 이치임. 다만 이런 의식이 발달해서 요즘은 물도 재순환하고 농약도 거진 안치는 골프장이 늘어나고 있고 골퍼들도 그런생각을 하면서 소비하자는거임.

A golf ball - useful? That's not the word I would use to describe it...

어릴때 골프장 주변으로 골프공 줏으러 다녔었는데...딱딱하기만 하고 잘 튀지도 않는 공을 뭐에 쓰냐고 어머니께 혼났던 기억이 남...ㅎㅎ

보다보니 브금과 동글동글한 골프공이 어우러지면서 뭔가 귀여움 ㅋㅋㅋ

Of all the countries Korea impressed me the most from a manufacturing standpoint, like the Japanese they don't screw around and produce serious quality although in this case they started with old product. Music was crap but no one is perfect.

A range ball core do not have the same ball-flight characteristics as a Pro v1 or a Wilson deep red for that matter. I could understand this if they where re used as range balls but this is just a bad deal for any golfer.

Using the cores with gouges in them will get extra cover plastic filling it in but is its going to become unbalanced and have a odd flight pattern.

Dunno if anyone mentioned this, 🤔🤷but they literally took old "range balls" painted it and selling to Korean golfers 🏌️‍♂️who I guess hit big.

Who knew the world needed so many golf balls...

Very interesting recycing process! Since any kind of golf ball could conceivably be recycled here, my guess is that the performance from ball to ball could vary greatly. Probably great for amateurs, not so much for advanced golfers.

2:43 뒤쪽 세번째 코어 일부가 떨어져 나갔어요ㅜㅜ 잘 검수해서 저렇게 확연한 하자는 걸러내야죠.

저러면 공이 똑바로 날아가지도 굴러가지도 않고 금방 깨질확률이 높죠ㅜㅜ 사실 내부코어의 수명이 생각보다 그리 길지않아요 드라이버로 몇천번도 아닌 몇백번만 쳐도 내부에 균열이 생기고 외피까지 쪼개집니다. 심구의 내구성을 높이는 작업뭔가?를 보완하지 않는이상 품질 인지도와 사업성으로는 별로일듯... 환경보호 재활용 측면에서는 아주 좋긴한데~

I like how so many of these videos are pretty calm and peaceful but for some reason recycled golf balls is like...we need more BASS IN YA FACE

궁금한게 있는데요 주워온 골프공의 제조사가 다 다를테고 코어의 재질도 다를텐데 저렇게 만들어내면 골프공의 반발력이 다 제각각인거 아닌가요?

맞습니다. 저 코어자체가 시합용 코어가 아니고 연습장용 입니다. 제조사에 따라 내구성이 다르기 때문에 재생에 쓰지 못하는 것도 있습니다. 활용가능한 코어도 사용기간에 따라 반발력과 내구성 차이가 납니다.

항상궁금햇던 공정이엿는데ㆍㆍㆍ 많은과정이 있군요

6:55 화학성분 분사해서 코팅하는것같은데 직원분들 다른 보호장구없이 마스크로만 괜찮을까요?

God I hope I never end up with one of these. Did you see the chunks missing from the cores after peeling the original cover. That ball will never act the same way twice off the club, and it ain't flying straight! I admire the recycling aspect, I really do. I'll stick to my Bridgestone e12.

레인지볼은 성능이좀 떨어지는걸로 알고있었는데, 이런식이라면 로스트로 줒은 레인지볼 그냥 써도 되겠네요~~^^

those are very cheap range balls stripped, and given new covers! I guess every ball's flight characteristic will be very different from each other!

That's what I thought, just no name balls that have had the life hit out of them, then reskinned to look like new, put a fancy name on them, interesting process anyway

Those would work fine for me, because I really really sink at golf, I shot a 157 on a 32 par course, so they would work fine for me!!.

I dont golf, can that effect your game? People that I have talked with, seem to say their clubs are the key.

@@davidhamm5626 Oh, yeah, those balls would be awful. The different densities of rubber, as well as loss of elasticity over time would make them very inconsistent in how far they’d go, and the arch they’d take. Imagine if basketballs were all inflated a different amount and had different bounce in them. As well, any slight imbalance in weight will make them spin differently and curve in flight.

What always fascinates me is, there is a factory to make all the parts for this factory that recycles the golf balls.

Don't forget the factory that made _that_ factory...😉 Lol in reality many of those parts were built all over the place and many different shops get contracts to make the custom parts that can't be purchased from a catalog, though I'm sure they probably went with one main company for most of their turn-key equipment, there are companies that specialize in designing, manufacturing and assembling production line equipment like this.

I noticed a few pitted cores were put into the mold making machine to get new covers. Now wonder why I slice the ball...it IS the ball!

Im not sure about the quality tho. Those are very cheap and old cores from different balls with little scratches and holes on it. Even with a new cover every ball will fly different from each other x)

This is probably how they make Kirkland balls, just recycled out of old ProV1’s.

환경보호와 자원의 재활용 차원에서 바람직한 일이지만 골프에 조금 더 관심을 가지고 하시는 분들은 재활용 볼의 위험성도 염두에 두셔야 합니다 연습장이나 스크린골프에서 흔히 격게 되는 볼깨짐은 외관상 멀쩡한데도 한번의 타격으로 코어부분까지 반으로 쪼개지는 것을 보게 됩니다 이미 상당히 누적된 타격으로 한계에 이르렀다가 한순간 쪼개지므로 오래된 골프공의 코어를 그냥 재사용 하는 것은 잠재된 위험성을 가지고 시장에 나오는 제품을 살수도 있다는 것으로 구매자는 이에 대한 손해(위험)를 감수하고 볼을 사셔야 됩니다 또 각종 브랜드의 볼들을 분류하지 않고 재활용 하는 것은 여러 특성을 가진 볼들이 뒤섞이게 되는 것으로 이는 균일한 성능을 확보하기 어렵습니다 대부분 상급자들이 재생산된 볼이 아닌 새 볼을 사용하는 것은 한두개의 공으로 경기를 마칠 수 있는 것도 이유이지만 신뢰할 수있는 품질도 상당한 이유가 됩니다 다만 초심자나 볼을 코스 밖으로 많이 내보내는 분들은 당연히 부담이 적은 재활용 볼을 사용하는 것이 여러모로 도움이 되겠지요ㅎㅎ 재생되는 골프공이 어떤 성능과 이력을 거쳤는지 알수 없으므로 코어자체의 재생과정이 없이 재활용하는 것은 품질을 백퍼센트 보장하기 어렵다는 것을 재활용 볼 구매하시기 전에 한번쯤 고민해 볼 이유는 된다 생각됩니다 그러나 세상의 대다수 골퍼들에게는 큰 문제가 되지 않을 것도 분명할 것이구요~ 참고로 저는 골프공 업체와 전혀 관련이 없다는 것도 밝힙니다 ㅎㅎ

그러게요..첫번째는 제자리를 못 찾았는데 바리 깍을때는 전부 파팅라인이 자리잡고 있네요
