LLoyd should be in jail for his part in the economic meltdown. His company knowingly sold investments that were designed to fail. His claim was he was a "Market Maker". I call it fraud.

"what's going to happen when the interest rates are normalized?" -I despise this CEO in his defense during the synthetic CDO debacle of 2009, but he is ringing hell's bells here by being honest for once. These interest rates and scammy behavior that are largely predicated on the low interest rates are going to unglue the deals made, the hyper leverage and the buying capacity of the consumer. If Goldman Sachs is good at any one thing, I would say they are always prepared to recognize the biggest hits to the economy and making moves to muffle recession times. That's why there are still around. They are betting against American production these days, and I would pay huge attention to that.

Are these not the same people who cheered when president Bush cut taxes when he took office? Back then they said deficits don't matter and the economy was going to grow. Oil went to $120/barrel and then the economy sank into a depression.

Of course he does. Banks can now adjust their rates person by person. Which has been proven to lead to bankers giving themselves higher interest gains. And now that Dodd-Frank is gone, say hello to more predatory loans and home forclosures.

That's no surprise. The 1percent have soaked up 82 percent of all of wealth created last year. The bottom 50 percent saw no increase in thier wages or income.
