I still love this song. I saw this song played LIVE and acoustic with about 30 other fans back in 1999. The original concert was canceled after the second song due to a fire alarm being pulled. However, about 30 of us waited outside their van for hours and finally our wait paid off. The band came out and they played Here in your bedroom and Mable for us. Fully live and fully unplugged. It was the first time they ever played acoustic for anyone they told us. The crowd sung these two songs louder than John could. And, since I was sitting close enough right beside John, dude was yelling and spitting all over us. Hilarious and awesome. 👍👍👍

I am 51 years old , and I find myself playing this quarantine playlist on my daily commute to work. 😊

The dog though. Nobody gonna mention the good doggo just chillin’ there like, “yeah, bro. Do your thing. Just come pet me when you’re done.”

I would guess they have some license issues about re-releasing that tune. Fingers crossed though.

I'm 48 and LOVE this song, I don't know why or how it makes me feel so young. These guys aren't spring chickens anymore, I find it inspirational how graceful everyone is aging. Good job, fellas.

Same. I did have a feeling I would always like this music and that it would stay with me through the years (and it has). What I didn't expect was the intense burden from the feeling of aging, which he also warned me about. These songs take me back to another world almost at this point.

I am 39. This is what I love so much about music. It used to be fun! It used to be about friends and parties. I just showed my daughter this video and she was just amazed at how cool it is. Keep rockin you guys! Plus I love that Mike from MxPx is jamming with Goldfinger. This is just awesome to see again!

This song feels as fresh as when it came out originally.

I loved the end bit where John Feldmann just goes and pets his dog, that made me smile.

Ill be 39 this year and hearing this shit has soooo many great memories tied to it. Thank you.

Goldfinger without a doubt wins band of the quarantine. They 100% did it right and did not disappoint.

LOL. Back before Feldmann disbanded the original group to record The Knife with hired guns, I remember Darrin saying he wanted to call a new album "Drop the G". At least some of them managed to keep their sense of humour.

Holy crap, when did Mike Herrera join Goldfinger!? I was like: “that bassist looks like Mike from MxPx”, then I saw the Pokinatcha Punk decal on his bass. “Dude! That IS Mike from MxPx!” Song sounds killer guys. Well done, and good “stage presence”!

Man I used to fall down so many times in skate parks when I was younger. Always wore plenty protection so besides a few bruises and scratches it was always fine. Nowadays my Skateboard collects dust and whenever I subconciously take a position in bed that my body does not agree with I have aching muscles. Growing up sucks. But listening to 'remakes' of my favourite songs do sure help.

Probably couldn’t have told you who performed it (though I know Goldfinger and have some good stories of a festival concert where I saw them). I got back into skating a couple years ago. I work a couple blocks from a nice skate park on the beach here in Cali. Had a ton of fun. Then one day I fell really hard on my elbows. Stood up and decided I don't need that kinda thing in my life. lol. And I definitely can't be breaking my hands or arms or legs or whatever. But man it was a lot of fun, and I totally encourage people to skate if it makes them happy. It's a killer workout too

Originally released in 1996, damn, I was 17 then. Really liked the band and got this on cassette, played the album 'til it died. I had forgotten about this until i watched it and it brought back those days.

Guitar jumps are on point. That's lowkey the best energy coming off of socal pop punk we don't see from other music anymore. Stay safe y'all

That is absolutely not a natural sound. It's not the autotune either. There's obviously a crappy autotune but there's a lot of post process on his voice that does really sound nice though!

I literally dug out my GameCube a few days ago just to play THPS 4 and then Goldfinger comes out with this song. Oh the nostalgia lives on 🤘🏽

I have loved goldfinger since middle school, superman was and still is my ultimate fav song. 37 now and still loving every song. What I really like about these quarantine videos is seeing all the different band members and how different all there playing/recoding space is so different and unique to each person. something that you rarely get to see when listing to any band.

This is still my favorite Goldfinger song. I am 37 and this just brings me vack to a better time in my life when things were simple and there was no global pandemic

Rogue Dog You were right as a teenager. These guys are terrible. I tried giving them a chance and saw them live since they played with LTJ (one of my favorites). These guys played terribly. I left after 2 songs.
