Golden Pillow Cake | Beginners recipe! A cake that cracks!

• Ingredients: golden pillow cake
Eggs 5(about 60 grams each, separate the egg white with egg yolk), 0:32,
Milk 50 grams, 0:48,
Oil 50 grams, 0:51,
Low-protein flour 100 grams, 1:02,
White granular sugar 50 grams, 1:21,
Cream of tartar 2 grams(or a few drops of white vinegar or lemon juice) 1:34,
Corn starch 20 grams, 1:38,
Mould: 450 grams toast mould, put silicon paper in the bottom.
Baking temperature: preheat the oven with top heat and bottom heat 140 degrees, keep it on the lower rack of the oven and bake it for about 45 mins.
If the oven only has 3 racks, then keep it on the lowest rack. The food usually receives higher heat in a smaller oven, so reduce the temperatures by a bit.
