The beauty of the handpan is that you really do not need music theory to play it or any instrument for that matter. Don't get me wrong music theory is good to learn but man a handpan almost plays you haha

@@TheBanana93I appreciate your encouraging comment. I understand that I do not need qualification or permission to follow my heart, although on this note, I think it will enrichen the experience.

I imagine this must be the handpan skill level equivalent of a concert pianist. So cool 😎

This is the kind of instrument that should be taught in schools in music class instead of a Recorder instrument. And they need this man to teach the classes via video.

You never cease to amaze me, and not just because you can play 4 hand pans at once 😅 but with your words and energy as well. 😇

I'm traveling home from So Cal. Not for pleasure this time. My very bet friend passed away and I attended his funeral. You play amazing handpans this is my favourite musical instrument .I love it.

Lovely how such a gentle sound comes from metal and space❤. Your timing really brings this alive. There's 'landing squarely on the beat' then theres 'ebb and flow' where a weaving of behind》in front》bang on, is achieved, and it really suits the natural reverb from this instrument. Tends to carry me away, my mind wants to analyse but my heart takes over and just wants to enjoy🙏
