@@javanpohl3036 no actually birds like eagles fly into thermals that help them. It has nothing to do with wind. So in actuality the wind is making it harder for the eagle to carry its prey. So in essence the comment is correct, pure strength and power by the bird.

I saw one in Alaska while canoeing. It was about 3 ft tall perched on the top of a tree, then it swooped down off the tree flying about 15 feet above the water. Estimated wingspan was 12 feet. Quite an awesome sight. I never saw a bald eagle that big

The fact that it was carrying it with one leg in strong winds shows how powerful these birds are actually.

Look at how smart that eagle is. The window was blowing toward her left side, so she put the weight of the fox on her right side to balance herself. Only one talon clinging on. Look at which talon she grabbed it with.

@@ninjax9481 well one lifted a mountain goat off a cliff and its on video to prove it. There is also a vid where the Eagle tries to lift a child and it wasn't for the quick thinking father she might have been taken. The child was only about 2 or 3 years old

It may not seem like that, but we're actually more dangerous. The biggest species of eagles ever was haunted to extinction by humans in some islands of Oceania. I don't remember the exact location, you can Google it. There are legends of eagles hunting humans. Our revenge was letal though.

No contest between a Golden Eagle and a fox. The eagle is far superior, and the fox has almost no chance. I watched a video yesterday of the largest raptors, and their prey species. They had a video of a Golden Eagle killing a fox. It was no contest, between those huge talons, and that fearsome beak, vs just the teeth on the fox.

At some point in history, WE were that fox! Bigger eagles back then. This guy is a reminder to stay humble!

And I have heard Golden Eagles kill large prey like this by swooping down on their necks and paralyzing them with their talons between their vertebrae.

The smart ones knock them off mountain sides, and let gravity do all the heavy lifting, I've heard mountain goat's have an anti Eagle club that free to join.

That doesn't merely paralyze them, it kills them deader than a hammer.

That's so sad. But Eagle has to eat. Hope fox did not suffer too much. 😭🙏😭

I'm sure that fox made a lot of it's prey "suffer" in it's quest for survival while it was alive. Nature is brutal

I agree. I know it’s the circle of life, but I wish animals in the wild didn’t suffer so much🐾♥️

Taking off with only one of his talons engaged! Such strength!

Impressive to catch this on video. I've seen eagles and owls catch and fly away with smaller prey but this is Impressive by far.

maybe thats a full grown eagle ,marvellous strength it has got.

This video is truly remarkable to see an eagle lift a fox and still continue flying is amazing.

That was one of the most amazing moments that I ever seen in nature wow breathtaking💯💪🏾👍🏾
