I'm a trained singer, and a music teacher by profession, and sang this song as a young performer myself. I can say with absolute certainty this is the most beautifully I've ever heard this song sung. Not only is he a TRULY gifted singer, he sings with poise. With proper technique, proper breathing, proper everything. His vowels are PERFECTION, the smoothness with which he sings is truly impeccable. The amount of control it takes to sing slowly, that high.... this boy is truly a gift from God. As a music producer..... that's what 13 yo kids should sing. The Vienna Boys never had a voice such Malekai's. When I see pretentious mom's send their minors dresses as adults singing Whitney Houston, Celine Dion's songs I start vomiting. Malekai is British treasure, hope his vocal coaches will be smart enough and he will be patient. BGT 2023 winner!

Im not even an english native language speaker,but this boy touched me in the deepest. Iam not a prayer,but I believe that there must be something after death. And this angel confirms it. If heaven exists, I hope that when i go there if I deserve it, I could listen to this boy. Someway now I want to live, even though I have been depressed for almost 7 years. Thank you. I felt loved for once in a while.

I think this was actually the first time I felt spiritually moved by a performance on this show. He sang the way we all probably wish deep down in our souls we could, to express for just a moment the beauty of life, to pierce through the infinite darkness, and even to somehow touch the glory of God himself. Just remarkable, thank you for sharing.

Malakar I'm a 77 year old Maori wahine from New Zealand. I saw your first show and your voice drew living waters through my body. You have healing powers in your voice. I have watched you many times and the results are always the same, eyes full of tears. I'm not sad or down in the dumps, thats just how powerful and spiritual your voice touches me. This kid is so good that the angels in heaven are jealous. A golden voice. May this young man go far with a voice like that. Beautiful! Peace.

I love that his reaction to the golden buzzer was a normal boy's reaction. Trying to catch the confetti, laying down to enjoy it, putting it in his pocket. So fun.

As a 46 yr man, non religious, not spiritual, not particularly into music, with interests in sports, beer and ladies… this bought me a peace that I could listen to on a loop… WOW! Nothing I can write could do this justice.

That’s the peace that God brings. David brought peace to king Saul through the music that came out of him. It chased away the demons tormenting king Saul at the time .

This made this grumpy old man cry.

Never in my 31 years have I ever cried over someone's singing but this brought tears to my eyes, I was holding them back because I refused to feel tears on my cheeks 😂😂 Everything about this video was beautiful; his wonderful voice, seeing the various reactions in the audience and how the man in front hugged his mother at the end. Absolutely beautiful, he has a precious gift.

His performance was incredible. How does someone so young sing like that? No backstory, just a young boy who loves to sing and makes people smile. Made my day.

Malakai is a seasoned performer. He has sung with the Royal Opera & at Christmas with Aled Jones. Look at KZread & u can see him there. I think he’s fantastic

it is a treble voice. a chorister's voice. which should turn to a very nice tenor when his voice breaks. and it will, in a year or two..

Pls protect him at all cost .. this is not just a special talent ,this is a once in a lifetime talent that has to be embraced cos we might not see another in years 😢😢😢 .. he is phenomenal. Sang without any efforts absolutely effortless performance and a natural born talent....and he looks very humble without a doubt ... and we are proud of you not just cos we are from london but all.over the world they have seen you shine and touched their various souls....

Are we not gonna talk about how immersed Bruno was in his performance? If Simon hadn't pressed the golden buzzer first, I fully believe that Bruno would've. Malakai literally had people in tears and everything. It must be phenomenal hearing this live.

Totally agree. Bruno was in awe of this performance. But Bruno already used his golden buzzer so can't use it again. I do believe if he had the option he would of pressed it sooner.

I've past from this life twice during my existence here on earth.. I'm 63 .. this 13 yr olds angelic tone is from the Heavens .. we have all been touched by an Angel ... recognize ...

I got chills all over my body and tested up. His voice is divine and heavenly. ❤❤❤❤

What a boy. He is so innocent and talented. I hope he will stay like this all his life even after going through hard times and meeting the wrong people. Have a great life Malakai.
