Very interesting talk brother , you made some fascinating Points that make perfect sense to my Western Educated Mind , I'm a Englishman . I tell people all the time that Islam brought the west out of the dark ages & they are not a backward peoples because backwards people don't give birth to science & understanding although I do think modern science is going too far & needs to be rained in somewhat , it's almost becoming a religion in itself trying to compete with the Most High . The timeline & events he speaks about from 1492 explains why the Crusades happened . Masha allah Ustadh Wahaj Tarin :) . The great potato famine 400 years later , I'm amazed to find out that the Muslims helped out & didn't want to out do the Queen , we are never taught this information , I know why we are never taught this information , the Queen of England wouldn't want the people to know that Foreign King had a better heart then her . The Islamic Literature gave birth to western science , Astrolabe proved to me that Islam was way ahead of Rome @ the time , which is another point I make all the time , Medicine & Physics .He's totally right about the streets being paved . In fact his point about woman is on point too @ that time in history westerners were burning woman as witches & the Spanish inquisition was apart of the Dark Ages . Really interesting that has put the pieces of history together now the modern world makes a little more sense now : )

All age is golden age for Müslüman because Allah is with us. Keep your Salaa in time, be kind and modest and be gentle to oppressed and fierce to oppressors. Also most times do not gossips other people's matters. Make sure your zakaat and sadaqa reach correct recipients. Also work sincerely and hard that is also Part of your individual support to Islamic way.

About 40 years before the VOA in their broadcast said about and compared the 10th century Arabs Muslims doctors and the European doctors and the way the treated the patients: the Arabs Muslims were far ahead than the Europeans in the field of medicine & treatment. While narrating the story of the European doctors and their foolish acts said a man came to the doctor with footsore. The doctor asked the sick if he wanted to live with one leg or die with both legs and sick man said he wanted to live with one leg. So doctor called for a axe and axed his sore leg with a strike and the man died of tetanus. On the other hand the Arabs Muslims of that time came with the concept of a hospital where the sicks could be attended to keeping the need for a clean environment for the sicks. They had taken a great care in identifying the best sterile place to build a hospital. They would make four places of their choice and in those four places they would tie a piece of meat and observe over a period of time to see the best place where the meat remain relatively afresh and they would select the place and build a hospital. That’s to say that the Muslims were far superior in their knowledge of medicine and treatments while their counterparts in Europe were too barbaric and underdeveloped.

This is amazing. It's funny how people will try to muddle up Islamic history even today, by interpreting situations without looking at both sides. Islam is the only truth in this world. Nothing else in this world has remained sound, sadly. I can only dream of having an Islamic land again, where people are not afraid to venture outside of their house, and where Muslims are regarded with the dignity of which their actions have earned, rather than the indignity that the hypocrites and liars have ascribed to us. A place in which Christians, Jews and Atheists sit around on Fox News, discussing matters of Islam, and passing judgement, is a sad and disgusting state of affairs. Scholars study for years on end to perfect their understanding, and yet non-Muslims achieve fame by profiting off of fitnah and disgusting acts, and they are considered more suited to pass judgement by the ignorant and bigoted society that now exists internationally.

There did exist a fairly brief "Golden Age" under certain very tolerant caliphs but unfortunately came to end forcefully in the 12th century by orthodox Islamic authorities and scholars (Ash'arites) who insisted that the sort of research going on was a threat to faith and un-Islamic. The very influential Muslim scholar Al-Ghazali (d1111) discouraged the deep study of science (it distracted from faith) and encouraged the disbelief in physical causality (Allah causes all motion & change) making Physics & modern science, as it developed in the West, impossible for the Muslim world. See R. Reilly's book _The Closing Of The Muslim Mind. _ A number of important scholars of period got into serious trouble with the Islamic authorities at the time for their rational thinking, like Ibn Rushd (Averroes). It was a culture of rationalism championed by the Hellenized Muslims (Mu'tazilites) and should not be called "Islamic". Indeed Islam's Qur'an is extremely unscientific with its earth centered universe, seven heavens, etc. So the Mu'tazilites were eliminated as a threat to Islamic faith. Scientific progress had to wait for the infidel astronomers and other scientists of Christian Europe. In his excellent book “Islam And Science” Pakistan’s top physicist Prof Perez Hoodbhoy has a section called “ Five Great Heretics”, all famous scholars who suffered under Islamic orthodoxy. The great medical scholar & physician, al-Razi was totally opposed to Islamic beliefs and was an especially tragic figure whose unorthodoxy outraged an emir who ordered that his head be beaten with his book until either the book or his head broke. He became blind in both eyes as a result, and when a friend suggested he undergo surgery for it al-Razi replied that “I have seen enough of this world, and I do not cherish the idea of an operation in hope of seeing more of it.” He died shortly thereafter, such is the brutal cruelty of the Muslim true believer. Most of al-Razi’s anti-Islam & anti-religion writings were, of course, destroyed. What remains a lot of are the critical writings against him. The real pioneer of modern algebra and of algorithms was Diophantus with his famous 13 books called Arithmetica that (600 years before al- Khwārizmī) introduced symbolic manipulations. Al-Khwarizmi used only words in sentences to contribute fairly minor results about what amounts to certain 1st and 2ond order equations. “Al-Khwarizmi’s scientific achievements were at best mediocre, but they were uncommonly influential,” says Toomer in the Dictionary of Scientific Biography. The concept of algorithm (sequential steps in a calculation) was hardly the invention of al-Khwārizmī, the idea goes back to practically all ancient civilizations that did Math. The word "algorithm" just come from the Latin title of a book al -Khwarizmi wrote in Arabic about Hindu-Arabic numerals; the Latin translation of the book title was Algoritmi de numero Indorum (in English Al-Khwarizmi on the Hindu Art of Reckoning). Al-Khwarizmi is hardly responsible for the laptop computer: the exaggerations by muslims are outrageous.

Islam was the pinical of civilization for over a thousand years cultureraly and sciencetificly but our history has been deliberately concealed and the real reasons why it fell are deliberatly hidden. For example the modern sciencetific method its self comes directly from the Islamic empire. 1) mongal invasions. Im not just referring to Baghdad but the fact that the west was saved from being ravaged by the Muslims when the Mamluks in Egypt defeated the Mongols this is what allowed fortresses Europe to survive unscathed. So you have a situation where the rest of the word has been devastated but western Europe left untouched. 2)The industrial revolution happened there again the uk was the only country capable of it. The Muslims in spain built a machine to pump mines same as the uk 200 years earlier but it was a novelty. In the uk with its waterways (cheap easy transport) and massive reserves of quality coal and iron (low cost of raw materials). They produced machins to pump water out of mines but it was economical to do so and they began using the machines in other industries. They industrialised but only the uk no country in europe could copy them or the world. They advanced the tech as only they could and eventually produced smaller more efficient engins that could be used for trains and only then could europ industrialize and what did they do with this initial advantage - colonialism and imperialism. The scientific methods only requires resources to be pumped into it and they sucked the wealth of the world. Most of are modern wars are fort for globalisation,that is to maintain the system.

Muslims did not invented algebra, that is the lie. And astronomy was more advanced among Greeks - they new the shape of the Earth, muslims did not, their quran states the Earth is flat and the sun circles around it (more exactly it sets in a spring of murky water, then goes under the throne of allah, prostrates like muslims do and asks permission to rise again - sic! and such cult still in XXI century!!!).

Ibn al Qayyim al Jawziyya was born in 1292 and died in 1350. He lived for 58 years. That translates to 508080 hours of lifespan from his birth to his death. If he wrote 2000 books as you (and he) claim, then he would have written one book every 10.58 hours, starting at birth, of is life. Since even he couldn't have started writing as soon as he was born, this claim is ridiculous, to put it politely. Such statements make everything that is said, highly doubtful.

Mirza Yawar Baig According to your math 10 hrs multiplied by 2000 is Obviously 20 000hrs not 500000hrs So it took him 20 000/24 hrs =833.33 days Which is less then 2 and a half years and if he lived 58 yrs it is possible. Learn Math and don’t talk from your behind use calculator if your brain is producing the B.S error.
