Explain adjust till healthy in detail

Amps needs to be Adjusted till healthy very frequently as motor gets turned off after few minutes. How to find the best settings for amps red button so that the motor runs without any issue. Any inputs are appreciated.

Using same starter without timer but starter stopping working after few minutes what will be the issue please reply(starter used 1 year)

Dry run. It will protect the motor. When there is no water

My panel also same one but I'm facing auto off with in seconds and light reflecting in overload may i know the issue

May be an issue with timer and relay used in the starter. Please show it to good electrition.
