Even from a storytelling perspective, this is the best fan anime I've ever seen. Great set up using Shenron, and what a cliffhanger at the end!

It's great but there are clearly copied shots going on. Like when SSJ Goku used the large blast and Saitama flew over it was just the scene of Gogeta Blue when he dodged Brolys hand beam attack.

This is by far, the best fan animated anime I've ever seen. Even the voice editing is 100% convincing. I can't believe this wasn't an entire studio production.

The thing I feel like many look over, is how despite his ever improving art, his scene composition and fight choreography has gotten even better now to the point where you forget you're even watching a fan animation. Hands down the best most respectful ‘vs’ fan animation. When I saw that Goku summoned Shenron I thought ‘of all the cheap ways to get them to fight’ bc ‘wouldn’t Saitama’s power be too great for Shenron to forcefully pull him?’ Then it turned out that Shenron revealed himself to the hero association to get them to send Saitama. Well done. Add to that they didn’t use Saitama’s ‘okay’ face and didn’t use the ‘there’s a sale at my favorite supermarket trope’. Excellent

Holy. Frick. The story, the animations, and EVEN THE SOUND EFFECTS. THEY ARE PERFECT! I have seen many fan animations and their sound effects aren't good at all. Some of them have different bg music. Some of them have a changed tone. But this, this right here is peek perfection. Honestly, i would say that this is literally as good as the movies.

Its great how good animation can reunite two different worlds. At this point nobody cares about the outcome. We already know Goku and Saitama would be friends.

It's actually pretty mediocre for a fan animation. I've seen better stuff made five years ago. That does not discount that this took a lot of work to finish tho. It took a lot of love, labour, care, and time. That is skill to be praised. Tho maybe there is merit to 'best fan animation in the eight minute class' or something.

I had to rewind the first few minutes a few times cuz I couldn't help but laugh noticing that the Japanese lines were taken from totally random snippets of each character, and well, the real meaning and the subtitles have just enough words to be somewhat in sync yet be about entirely different things I couldn't help laughing! Especially when Sasuke's VA came on for that guy on the phone about being part of the Uchiha. I will say though, the lines you did choose fit so well in terms of emotion and intonation with the scenes that if I didn't know Japanese, I would definitely assume that was exactly what they were saying. As far as the actual animation, would love to see anime CG done more like this from actual studios because this was top notch! And I love how the fight felt true to the characters, given that Goku is a Saiyan who can go up to Blue, it makes sense that he would start having an affect on Saitama since he is, as powerful as he is, still just human. Definitely looking forward to the other parts.

@@droneverso8093 Even though I'm a Goku fan this is just rude to Saitama fans. Saitama might not have a great legacy than Goku but like what Alexander said, They are both from different universes meaning different rules applied upon them. So please, respect Saitama fans as well.
