"Good ol' Kaio-Ken" When he says that, it feels like Goku was just as nostalgic for the good old DBZ days as me. This scene made me feel like a kid watching DBZ again. And whenever the show's theme starts playing during a fight, you know it's about to get sick. My man pushed his Kaio-Ken so far that it applied a red filter to the universe.

3 month old comment, but wanna clarify anyway. Considering it was a full on battle royale, Goku wanted to conserve his energy and remain in base form as much as possible, only briefly using a transformation if he absolutely needed it. It was only towards the end where he pretty much decided to throw all caution to the wind and use whatever he had in his arsenal, along with the accidental UI activations of course

The actual vocal range and the types of voices he can do is really something else. Watch him DM Critical Role for further proof. :)

Being a dragon ball fan my entire life it makes me happy that I’m able to see new episodes and it reminds me of how I felt when I was a kid. Granted I never washed that much as a kid, but now has a 22-year-old I’m able to actually get into the series as a whole and appreciate all the writing and everything that goes into it because it doesn’t happen overnight. Toriyama is a genius IMO

gotta be real. hit was awesome. its so nice to see them match gokus unstoppable power with pure, unadulterated skill.

@@Thelegendking True. Despite his profession, Hit still has a very clear code of honor. And he very clearly enjoys it when he can finally find someone who can give him a legitimate challenge. He also doesn't come across as that bad of a guy either, especially in Heroes where he actually warns his allies of incoming danger (like when Caulifla & Kale get possessed/mind-controlled into turning on them, he warns Cabba that Caulifla and Kale are going to start attacking them).

@Noah Curiel Kefla only did it easily because Caulifla already had it. Caulifla is the only character who easily achieved a super saiyan form. The only one. So I don't get why everyone's complaining, it's just her and no one else in universe 6 or 7.

Man, Kudos to the VA. This entire scene broken down for me after a year or two, really gives me an appreciation for it! Goku's fighting voice really makes a difference from his everyday voice. Every growlish fact he points out about his strategy, the trump card reveal smugness in his voice, Gutteral charge of the Kamehameha,and every fight motion and scream with the break of his voice every now and then really adds to the reality feel of the character! And gives a hint to how much Goku really does push! It makes it believable. And I am living for it.

Jacob Sanchez I’ve got massive speakers I use for my guitar and other music and they are so loud. I have played this on then before and the next day I met a guy I know on the top floor of my flat block (I’m on the bottom floor) and he asked, ”Were you watching Dragon Ball?” So my speakers we so loud they could be heard through several floors of concrete. I always get chills when I use them and you're idea sounds next level.

It’s both funny and awesome to me that the most logical explanation is that Goku just moves faster than light, so he exists at both the before and after point of his block during the Skip.

this has got to be the best kamehameha in all of animated dragonball. hes got so much juice behind it, THEN rolling up in if to finish the job. simply amazing

I’d used to watch this fight between Goku and Hit almost every day of the week after I was hit by a car. It’s Goku’s Kamehameha that gets to me the most and where he screams, “YOUR MINE!!!” I’d always envision myself fighting the trauma and overcoming it. And it’s helped me out a lot.

Chills just straight chills every time its like i can feel the power pushing out the video. I love it

This is by far my favorite scene from the whole DB universe. If DBZ had the voice acting of Super it would be unequivocally the best. DBZ has the best story and character development but the voice acting of Super and especially with Gokus rage from Super there is so much power behind his screams that I get goosebumps every time.

It's crazy since in the episodes after his Ki was out of wack since in this instance he learned how to will himself forward in time against a reality warper and his body and Ki got FUCKED after it lmao. It's always nice to see Goku not holding back when he unlocks new power

@@DioBrando-ck1qq I explained this fight to him, he still disagreed. But that was weeks ago, IDK what he thinks now. Hit is too durable for Diavolo's stand to hurt him at all lol

The DBS theme song made this fight so memorable when I first watched it, this is one of my favorite fights from the entire Dragon Ball franchise specifically because of that alone
