@@RogueCheepSheep No one needs to go through a wedding to get married. Marriage is just a signed paper. Bulma could have simply handed him the paper to sign and send Capsule Corp's lawyer department to take care of the document into officiating it. Bulma never seemed very interested to get married anyway. I can totally see both of them simply doing that out of convenience. And ever since, she certainly overuses the terms of husband and wife, simply to tease Vegeta. Also, Vegeta actually seems to like saying "my wife" to others, as well. Perhaps to make a point that she belongs to the great Prince of Vegetasei. I find it cute.🤭💝

@@_YashSawant ??? How does that work in a society that manages to have advanced medical aid and space travelling? How can an entire people and planet be advanced like that and be illiterate?! They were part of Frieza's empire. In the least, they needed to be able to read the scouters and set their space pods. Besides, Vegeta says to Goku during their first fight on Earth that his father Bardock was a scientist. Saiyans for sure weren't illiterate. As a child, Vegeta was a protégé of Frieza. He is a prince. He sure gets a far better education than anyone else. Besides, Toriyama never said Saiyans were illiterate. I don't know where you got that idea from. Also, you know that illiterate people can still get married, right? They can sign using their fingerprint.

Deep inside vegeta heart , he is care about his family and saiyan back when we saw he cried infront of goku while he died in frieza hand. No wonder he become a good Father

I'm still amazed Goku is like "I was dead when Goten was born" and just utterly forgot about Gohan. Like bro, YOU WERE THERE FOR THAT, RIGHT?

And this is the difference between Goku and Vegeta. Vegeta has a heart and is a leader, and makes decisions to protect the ones he loves. Goku is devil may care, and only gets angry when his own choices lead to something threatening his loved ones and he just loves the training and fights all the time.

​@praz7 To be fair he was raised in the woods and after his grandpa passing he didn't learn anything other than hunting, in Z he was dumb but a family man that cares for his family he died for his son and the rest of the story is him defending his home, Super just has him go around looking for fights and that's it that's basically what his character is all about now

I understand that Goku is now an adult and no longer a child, but we have to see that in Super the stakes get much lower since we got the ultra power characters like Whis and Beerus around. Goku got revived and got to live a normal life where he can train and goof around. To be honest, I even saw that Goku started to act more laidback after his second death against Cell. When you've been through a lot, you take life less seriously and start to enjoy it more. Being a goofy uncle in his 40s-50s is a sign of maturity itself. We saw Goku still being goofy at the end of Z where he meets Uub. There is no reason for him to revert back to his Z self and be serious and mature all the time. That's not his core character at all. He had to be serious in Z because of villain like Frieza and Cell, but as he transition to Super, life gets more laid back. Goku is in his early mid life and trying to enjoy life. His eldest son Gohan became adult and even has his own kid. Goten is safe with his mom Chichi and best friend Trunks. There is no reason for Goku to worry about them. Goku is kinda free to do whatever he wants. Why would he go back to his Z self again? Goku is always a kid at heart. If you follow Goku from the beginning of the show, you would agree with me.

That Saiyan instinct of training and always fighting runs through Vegeta's veins, but when it came to his second born, he had to fight instinct. Goku would have ran off to train and he even invited Vegeta, but he knew deep down that he would let his wife and Trunks down if he left. He'll never say his affections out loud, but actions speak very loudly.

The only time someone can say they were dead when their son was born and have it make sense is in DB

Vegeta's a man of substance unlike Goku.

Honestly, I liked Vegeta and Bulma when I was a kid, but this domesticated version of him kind of ruins his character for me. He was okay with Trunks because I'm weird about enjoying estranged Father, teen child bonding dynamics in the cell saga, but I feel Bulma Vegeta continuing to be together made him boring. I just hate how whipped he is with Bulma. I liked it when they seemed to have a more equal dynamic. They should have stayed a one-time thing before the cell saga.

It's not like I don't like Bulma, but she's a stereotypical naggy wife with vegeta, and he's a shadow of his old personality, too. They bring out the worst side of the other, Imo, and I don't think they work together. Hell, I don't like the Trunks that was raised with them either. I'm not asking anyone to agree with me. These are just my own thoughts.
