Gojira - The Trails [OFFICIAL AUDIO]
Музыка
New album 'Fortitude' available now: gojira.lnk.to/fortitude
Lyrics:
All that you see that is gold is truly gold
I spotted through the vines, a deer in the wild
Signs in the trails
Beyond the reason
Eye-gazing the unknown, defeating the ground
This passage through the flames, leads me where the souls go
Signs in the dreams
Beyond the reason
We’re forced into the light
How can we be so blind
Our light is torn
How can we be so lame
No truth being told
Signs in the trails
Beyond the reason
All that you see that lives truly is alive
Let us stay awake reminded of the trails that matter

In my humble opinion, this song doesn't even get close to Born in Winter. In general, Fortitude feels kinda superficial and generic to me. Considering their past three albums, I didn't expect that from Gojira
Chill Gojira is just as strong as Crushing Gojira.

This is single handedly one of their greatest songs and one of the best metal songs I've heard. Very Evocative and spiritual this bizarrely hit me harder than any riff on the album. Its magnificent and is exactly what we all need coming out of this pandemic. I could probably write another 12 pages on this song and its embodiment of the human spirit and its relationship with nature but who the fuck reads these anyway.

@@jag-stang29 It's still metal. It's the structure, composition and instruments used that make it metal or not, not so much just how heavy/soft the song is. It's the objective and not the subjective that gets classified. It would be alternative, prog and/or groove metal if you had to put a specific genre to it.
This song, it's vibe - is very beautiful my friends. I'm proud to say that Gojira has been my favorite band for the past 14 years. This song shows exactly why... (10/10)
My speakers are so fucking happy right now.
Gojira has always been about being authentic, emotionally and creatively. Each new set of songs has given us an unabashed look into their journey as a band and as individuals. Few acts will be able to match Gojira's trajectory. Gojira understands the truth of this life and rather than hide from the darkness, they stand tall and face head on the challenges life offers. It is this authentic style of living that has allowed them to grow exponentially. I am honored to have them in my life and hope their music is playing when I depart this world.

Daí você exagerou. Acho o vocal limpo dele muito monótono, o cara só canta no mesmo tom e não tem muita força na voz na hora de cantar com o vocal limpo. No máximo é ok.
