Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Richard Lund relates his personal experience with eating goji berries and the tales surrounding this interesting food from China. He mentions what to look for in the dried berries, a little about growing them in his garden, and what benefits they may bring to the person enjoying them.

Broke my heart hearing you say others find your videos boring due to its length and your passion for what you’re talking about. It’s rare to have your kind of passion, and for it to conveyed in such grace. Please, discourage from other people’s opinion is completely ok, yet never stop being authentically you. I found your video very interesting. Thank you :)

Hi Richard, I do not leave comments usually, but on this occasion I would to say, keep up the good work. I found your presentation very informative. I have just myself written an Ebook on growing Goji Berry Plants, I have to say Goji Berry Plants are a lot more fun to grow than your average plant. Good content will make it's way to the top, hang in there you are doing great work. People need to remember wisdom comes with age. Thank you, Michael, Sydney Australia.

Li ching yuen used more than just goji berries, astragalus and foti are both in his recipe and lingzhi mushrooms too. I wonder considering the ancient Chinese alphabet is very similar the to Sumerian / babylonian systems this may explain how these people "Mesopotamian/ hebrew" were living so long. Who knows but this makes sense to me.

You want ones that are juicy and sweet imo

Mark Geraghty In my garden I want my fresh ones to be juicy and sweet. In dried fruit, juicy means that they have absorbed water from the environment. This also makes them weigh more. This increases the value because they are sold by weight. Sweetness is fine. But the goji has value from its other molecules rather than its fructose. If you want sweetness eat a strawberry. If you want the benefit of its other molecules, just get good berries from good sources.
