Really like this sort of content. A great way to spend a lunch break.

Most 60’s,70’s and upto 00’s all wagons (Estates) were saloons and you could see that they just extended the roof and put glass on the boot wings. Saloons always looked better. Modern estates look good now.

Re barns: you'd be surprised. Since I've lived in rural Somerset and followed a few leads it seems likely that every barn you see has at least one car in it!

Really enjoyable, that! Got to say I do love a three-box saloon. They're a dying breed in the modern SUV world, sadly.

When Chris said he'd bought a Vitesse, and then a second, I thought the original SD1 Vitesse!... but hey those later non SD1 versions were ok. At the end of the day any cheap car is that because service/maintenance has been skipped and you get what you pay for. Even the worse car in the world will run and run if its maintained.
