I've spent many hours window shopping after looking at the very nice Rover 827 that was up for sale. Another very colourful episode and bring on the next little rainbow of cars.

You're not alone in liking the Mondial, Chris. I've always liked the shape, looks surprisingly good with the larger wheels. Let's face it, the "it's not fast enough" opinions are bollocks, especially when most old sports- and supercars will be shown a clean pair of heels by modern mid-sized EVs. A classic Ferrari is surely more about the history, the feel, the smell, the noise :)

The comments around the 23 minute mark about the lightweight Elan and being terrified of trucks... I have a Sprite which is not much heavier, and it's not too bad with trucks. It was utterly terrifying before I'd tuned the engine and they were thundering past me up hills with me doing 40ish, but now I can happily overtake them I don't mind it so much.
