It's hard to explain to the non Hawaiians how significant this is, I grew up on the other side of the island where Momoa is from, I went to middle school with Dwayne Johnson, to so Polynesians getting this respect and recognition is HUGE. So much Pono. My Tutu would be so proud.

I got visit once and I was impressed by the native culture. Even in the most tourist areas I could still feel the natural beauty of the islands. When we got away from the main city we were sent back to a gentler time. It is still there especially in the outer island communities.

I'm not one of the swoony chicks that get crazy over Jason, but I totally just subscribed. What a beautiful spirit he has. I love watching how down to earth and lovely he is to everyone.

Is it just me or did all of you get very emotional during this gorgeous video? I'm crying like a baby because I am so moved. Such a wonderful human being Jason Momoa is and his sweet precious family too. Thank you for sharing this magnificent film.

He was literally scary for me when he played the role of Khal Drogo but when I got to watch his videos in his interviews, BTS and outside cameras...I realized he's a gentle beast that's beautiful inside and out

For me, the black and white part near the end nearly got me, i don't know what it is. It's like an ancient people that will last forever. Not interested in expansion or becoming super technological. Just people at one with nature and the sea, who have their culture, and each other. That's all they need.

It seems all of us Indigenous people are connected together, and we all have common interest. Jason Momoa is an incredible person, and he's one of my greatest influences as an Indigenous musician. As Native people, we all have different struggles, but our fight for our people, Earth and water is the same. I wish I could just hang out with the guy, listen to him talk and learn from him for even 20 minutes, a 20 minutes that would last a lifetime. Wonderful video brother.
