Notice the negative review from 3 years ago. Nothing has changed. Long wait times on the phone, no shows, operators who speak broken English, it's a terrible service

BE WARNED - GOGO GRANDPARENT MAY LEAVE YOU STRANDED AT THE GROCERY STORE OR THE MALL OR SOME OTHER PLACE. THEY DO NOT CARE IF YOU ARE PICKED UP OR NOT. THE PEOPLE WHO RUN THIS COMPANY DO NOT CARE YOU ARE STRANDED.

They just refused to book a ride because I had to go 2 places, the bank & to pick up meds. The Uber driver said GO GO GRANDPARENTS had to book because it was 2 locations. They refused to book a ride for 69 year old vet to the bank & pick up meds. Think about that, a senior ride service refused to book a ride simply because it was 2 locations. Would not recommend GO GO GRANDPARENTS.

Have just found out the reason I was refused a 2 destination ride was because one of the destinations is my cannabis dispensary. They discriminate against cannabis users.
