Can't drive? GoGo! Transportation for Seniors.

After graduating from UCLA, Justin Boogaard found himself living with his grandmother Betty Luce, who housed him for three years. Always a supporter of Justin's entrepreneurial spirit, she encouraged him to pursue the idea for GoGoGrandparent, which she continues to use to this day along with hundreds of other customers. Though they both agree he'll never be able to repay her, she receives a fresh bouquet of flowers every month all the same. GoGoGrandparent.com

To use this service. You have to select a plan. Pay monthly or annually. Can't just use it like Uber or lyft service. Which is why it costs more. The charge for calling a rep. To assist you with setting up a ride. That I don't agree with at all. This is targeted for seniors. Who are on a fixed income. Some of the fees to me. Showed that was dropped. In the process of their set up. So for them to contact. The same ppl you'd call. They charge a fee to do it. That doesn't sit well with me. A fixed income now for some. Means ppl are struggling already. They won't be able to afford. To pay a 1000 bucks a year. Then on top of that. You pay a by the minute fee. So a frequent user of the service. Could be paying out a good amount monthly. For this service to get the plan. That includes all the benefits. How do you try it. You have to subscribe then try it. I know you have to cancel. Within two to three days at the most. Of signing up to get your money back. The small amount they keep upon canceling. Is fine to me after all. This is a job for them. They set up things according to your preferences.

While this seems like a good service. When thinking of seniors. Who are on a fixed income. It's kind of expensive for them. You pay a monthly charge. Then you pay by the minute. For each way there and home. So over all your out more money. A guaranteed ride is good. If it's dependable I know. I've used Uber which they'll leave you hanging. Tell you a ride is on the way. Then don't show up. You also have to watch them charging you. That five bucks they don't refund. If you don't stay on them. I can only imagine the amount of money. They get charging that fee. That ppl don't call to get back. When they're supposed to take if off. Yet they'll keep it sad they do ppl like that. With the client base they have. No telling how much they're pulling. Annually getting over on ppl with that. This service uses them also. So your paying them to help you. If you call and set it up. They charge you for that also. Which isn't a fee if you do it yourself. Here cabs aren't around now. Like they used to be. The fee by the minute reminds me of that.

They just refused to take me to the bank & to pick up meds because it was 2 locations. They've made the same trip before. Uber said GGG would have to book the multiple stops. GO GO GRANDPARENTS REFUSED THE RIDE BECAUSE IT WAS 2 LOCATIONS. Do you understand what I'm saying? They refused to book the ride ONLY because it was 2 locations AFTER telling me they would. They LIED, caused me all kinds of problems & I'm taking a nitro pill & giving up on them.
