Is it made of stainless steel? Will it not rust in any way?

The company claims that it is made of stainless steel. Since, it is made of that material, it is less prone to rust. In the long run, everything decays away with use, but overall great product to buy in comparison with any other products available in the market. It makes the job done. No free/normal installation is provided by Godrej for these locks. You need to install them from third party vendors/technicians no problem. It is not a good option for privacy wise at least. The both side key hole is open. It is not recommended for home/ bedroom door use. We bought this lock and returned it later because of this privacy issue.

Sir, you need to purchase the complete set of it. It is not sold separately. In that case, you won't be able to use any third-party handle with it at all. Also, you can visit any nearby store and ask them for it. If they have a spare one with them then, they can give you or-else it's not possible to get the handle separately at all. You need to change the entire lock again or if possible repair the old one, if the problem still exists. No third party lock handles & also can't be fitted externally for it at all. No sir, it needs to be fitted seperately. I mean to say is that if you want to install this particular lock in place of another lock then you need to check the cut outs first before fixing it. Because, different locks have different types of cut outs and hence it may not fit properly as well. Ask your carpenter once before removing the old lock to install this one in it's place.
