No, there are no major defects with the chimney till date - since I have been using it, to be honest. Yes, the fact is that it's parts are a bit costly, but overall the chimney is really good in the long run & service it provides. In terms, of cleaning I would suggest while the chimney is under warranty, one is not suppose to clean the chimney manually by themselves i.e. by completely opening it, external cleaning is needed & comes with the dry auto clean feature. नहीं, चिमनी में आज तक कोई बड़ी खराबी नहीं हुई है - ईमानदारी से कहूं तो जब से मैं इसका उपयोग कर रहा हूं। हां, तथ्य यह है कि इसके हिस्से थोड़े महंगे हैं, लेकिन कुल मिलाकर चिमनी वास्तव में लंबे समय में अच्छी सेवा प्रदान करती है। सफाई के संदर्भ में, मेरा सुझाव है कि जब चिमनी वारंटी के अधीन हो, तो चिमनी को स्वयं से मैन्युअल रूप से साफ नहीं किया जा सकता है, यानी इसे पूरी तरह से खोलकर, बाहरी सफाई की आवश्यकता होती है और यह ड्राई ऑटो क्लीन सुविधा के साथ आती है।
