JUST FOUND THE PERFECT SOLUTION TO POWER THE LD-150R AND CHEAP!!! For only $79!!! That's right!! LINK IN THE DESCRIPTION!!! GO! GO! GO!! As you know, a 26V V-Mount battery costs as high as $500, right? Now you can use your REGULAR 14.8 Volt V-Mount battery to power ANYTHING below 150 watts that uses 26V batteries! And this adapter has everything! 26 Volt V-Mount slots, 26 Volt D-Tap, 26 Volt 4 pin XLR and a USB 2 amp port. And the best part: I used a 14.8V Kastar 201 watt-hour V Mount, ant it let me run the LD-150R at 100% on CCT 5600K for exactly 1 hour!! Pretty SWEET!!!

When mine was on its way here, firstly stuck at customs on hold, I was pulling my “hair”… then finally on the truck for “delivery today”, I was glued to the window with the house in complete silence listening for the FedEx truck 🤣🤣🤣

Amazing review, full of details! Great video. I would love to see softbox review how light performs with softbox. And a comparison between big 90 inch softbox with cob light and this panel with it's own softbox. How similar or different softness will be? Hope to see that video in the channel. Thanks!

Hey man, you're doing a really great job with the content of your videos. However, I'd like to make a small suggestion for your consideration. You need to work on your thumbnails better. The text is not clear and it's often too much text. Try to find a simple thumbnail format. Was going through your channel's uploads and that's when I noticed it. Maybe take some inspiration from Gerald Undone. Just use your Yellow and Green colors instead of Gerald's Purple and Orange. I wish you a lot of success! Keep it up.

Great video. Really instructive. I just purchased a LD150Rs for myself, can't wait to play with this new toy. I just have a question regarding the power bank solution that you explain here (wich looks more interesting than the too expensive 26V Vlock). With a 300W Power Bank, how long can you use the LED at full energy ? What are the pros and cons using a power bank ? Thanks again for the good advices (you avoid me buying 2 14,8V Batteries for nothing). Wish you best.

It’s very simple. A 300 watt whatever battery is a 300… if you have a 300 watt light, if the battery is a new, and a quality one, such as a good power bank it should give you 1 hour at 100% Also most of these batteries have a watt-hour info which means exactly that. 100 watt hour battery = 1 hour run on a 100 watt whatever device.

I use this INEXPENSIVE 26V adapter. Works like a charm. Search for this on BH: Nanlite 14.8V / 26V V-Mount Battery Adapter
