How do you make them look chibi? Is it a bug? Or is it edited? Can you activate and deactivate it in settings?

How do you get all the characters back to normal? Or so that it doesn't become a chibi

According to the patch notes, the chibi characters only appear for the first battle of each mode after you initially turn on the function. Afterwards, they go back to their normal self forever. It was hard to record a good clip of this because I couldn't re-record it.
