The modestly dressing thing is so true. I feel SO much more feminine now that I don't dress as revealing as I used to. I used to only post thirst traps on IG and post in lingerie everyday.. now it even feels weird sometimes to post a picture at the pool in a bikini 😅 Feels so much better to not be constantly seeking validation from the wrong men anymore 🙏

You're so right about people pleasing being dishonest. It always felt wrong inside. I love this quote- get clear on what you want and say no to everything that isn't that

Honoring yourself: I resonate with this. Why would I wear clothes to appear attractive to someone else?. It should be about how i feel. What makes me feel good. Often times we live our lives too much on the perspective of other people rather than ourselves. It’s wild that we give others so much power

omg girl when you said to ask yourself “the woman that i admire what would she do?” i always ask myself that and think of you when i’m struggling to find the answer to something. and i think to myself, if i was talking to alexis right now about this what would she say to me as advice. And then it’s like suddenly everything becomes so clear. Like i’m seeing from an outside pov. it makes it so easy to find the answer, look behind my fears and excuses and face what my intuition knows deep down.

I know you’re not a mom, but I think you do know how to talk on this topic and give advice 🥰 I’d like to know: 1. how to stay in your femenine energy as a single mom (in general) 2. how to stay in your femenine energy when you barely have time for yourself to recharge and do things you love because you’re a stay at home mom (when being in a relationship or single mom) 3. how to stay in your femenine energy when your baby/kids are testing your limits when you’re irritated and/or overstimulated and you’re by yourself with the baby. I love what u said about dancing and being embarrassed. I used to be sooo embarrassed to do the group fitness classes at the gym because I would mess up the moves. But I decided , SO WHAT! New subscriber and your channel is great. Because of a chronic illness, I am unable to go or drive without someone so I usually stay in my pjs most of the time. Hi Alexis.. I love your posts, however, I beg to differ on the point about dressing.. all my life until now I had been dressing modestly because I had strict parents and I come from a small town.. so basically I was scared to wear something deep neck or backless.. however as I am evolving now and have started taking care of myself I feel from within to dress like a lady and I don't mind wearing sweetheart necks or backless dresses anymore.. if anything I feel more confident in my skin

would u say that wearing revealing clothing because it makes you feel good personally without the desire of others attention is actually an inauthentic belief ? i like to wear revealing clothes because i enjoy to see my features but i do notice the stares and it is awkward at times but at the same time i can’t control others perception and i dont want to let that disencourage what i want to do.

I have a silly question. So if I wear bright pink, I feel powerful, like I'm not afraid to be seen. But I'm not sure if that "power" that I feel comes from feminine energy or masculine. I've been in my masculine energy for so long! I don't know how to tell the difference!
