This spoilercast actually somehow makes the game even better. Seeing how much detail is in the game and all the reasons for why decisions were made just puts into perspective how much work was put in the game.

I’m currently enjoying all of the post game content, and the continued character/world building is rather satisfying!

the attention to detail is absolutely unmatched. what a masterpiece.

I’m more than okay with not getting to use mjolnir. The Axe is a similar weapon and a lot cooler in my opinion. Also getting the spear was perfect for getting something new and fresh. Although it would’ve been cool to see Kratos use it atleast once in a cut scene.

It's so funny that he gave him gold teeth because he read somewhere that Heimdall had gold teeth but it actually in Norse mythology says he was gold-toothed which is an old saying meaning the same thing as "silver-tongued" lol

Finding the ravens is much easier your first and future runs through any area with Closed Captions, and the option to show the direction of the sounds on! It's a Raven Radar lol.

You can also go through the accessibility settings to change it so them and any lore you missed are a different solid color so they stand out better.

wish they would’ve had asked him about the raven tree, that was easily the most disturbing thing in the game, the stuff that the ravens said man, odin had no limit to his cruelty

Honestly sindri didn't surprise me. From the moment of their introductions it showed both of them including sindri were capable of massive grudges. And they were brothers. Why wouldnt sindri have contempt for just some kid who brought about through his never ending stubborn teenage angst the events that leads to his brothers death. Completely believable within sindris character even though emotionally upsetting.

Draupnir Spear beats Odin’s spear in terms of cool factor, imagination, usefulness, and the skill/training of its wielder. Definitely in the top 3 coolest spears ever.

Sindri broke me like 3 times towards the end. Just looking at him the one time did it. Great game team 🤘

Amazing interview, love hearing all the interesting tidbits from development. The game is absolutely incredible and better than its predecessor in every way; that’s no easy feat!!!

Eric Williams is a great director and combat designer and the nicest person in gaming industry

For me my only major disappointment was the pull back on melee combat with fists. With Lundas set it was the perfect chance to have 2018s melee combat.

Did anyone else notice- the scene in the beginning with Thor and kratos. The axe and hammer sit opposite of each other on the table. Thor pours wine even tho he doesn’t drink. But the gesture, metaphor. He pours, to test and see if kratos will take it. When he realizes kratos won’t bend , he goes to offer it to ateryus. And then kratos intervenes. This is such foreshadowing.

Is it just me or would be be awesome if the found a way to combine 2018 and Ragnarok into one massive Definitive edition. Basically just make it into one game . Also please we need new game plus

He’s being very particular in requesting purposefully bad food to further hit home the fact he’s not as capable as he used to be. Hardtack is literally bread that’s as hard as a brick to help with preservation. It’s not to be especially picky.

1:31 Feels weird to say Mjolnir is an "Evil Weapon" when after you beat the Berserker King, Kratos goes on to say the Berserker King's Sword's story isnt done yet and thats why Kratos use it as a relic. Also the reasoning of it isnt surprising to have the weapon is weird to me, just because its expected makes it a bad choice? Even a dual wield evolution with axe and hammer with open up new moves.

Please my friend, abandon this path. We didn’t get the hammer, it is what it is, & it’s not that big a deal. The weapon we got is amazing, brings unique gameplay, & has more importance / personal significance to Kratos than Mjölnir ever would. The copium levels are strong here.

The final act starts at the camp and ends at the credits. It's actually quite long. Any longer and people would complain about how they can't get back to the side quests. You only think it's too quick because you only start counting when they go to Asgard.

Sindri arc is done, maybe Forseti as the main antagonist since he the son of Baldur & is in Ragnarok we just never see him in person but he’s in Asgard when Atreus 1st arrive & he’s also the one who find out Kratos killed Heimdall
