"In his prime" Bruh he literally is in his prime, he can still kill the whole pantheon if he so wishes. Yet so many times he controls himself, because he regrets all the grief and guilt that his past life brought him. Think of it dude; Kratos can *very* easily beat Freya, but he chooses to protect her from Atreus' bear form. He went into his "prime" for a moment with Thor in the first fight after the punch, but he roars and grunts to bring himself back under control. In the final fight with Thor, during the Axe and Mjolnir clash he puts just enough force to knock Thor back *NOT* injure Thor. Plus, the devs literally said Greek Gods get stronger with age.

No Gow 3 is his prime, Older Kratos is stronger, more durable, and has more experience but Younger Kratos has the most powerful weapon in all of Gow, blades of Olympus, he also has power of hope which he lost when he killed himself at the end of Gow 3. He also had much more magical abilities and over powered hax that would destroy older kratos in a second. Young Kratos is the most powerful being in Gow, only person that comes close is Ragnarok. And a piece of dialogue in Ragnarok confirms Kratos lost much of his magic when traveling to Norway.

Considering that Old Kratos is the strongest form of the Kratos according to the logic of the greek gods, and considering that even Old Kratos in his normal state took a bit of a beating from Thor; against the normal state of young Kratos, I'd say Thor would definitely win, including his spartan rage. But I would put Odin last in terms of power because Odin is a mastermind in this business, not a physically powerful character as Thor or Kratos. So my ranking is as follows; Old Kratos > Thor > Young Kratos > Odin
