God is always with us. Years ago, I was stopped at a light. I saw a car heading towards me. It looked like it would directly hit me. I couldn’t move. I prayed for Jesus to help me. It’s hard to describe exactly what happened. The other car moved out of my path. I was completely safe. Then they drove out of sight. Yes God hovers over us. And then you walk out of the church and see the world and places. The kind of places that don’t have the same feel to it. Which would bring God’s promise more into focus. That he sent his only son to show us all the right way for our lives. Isn’t it wonderful to know that we have a loving Father. The modern message loops in to a let’s hold hands with the world. Jesus simply says, deny yourself and follow me. Jesus is coming back and he is the only way. God bless everyone on this Monday morning. Prayers for Israel and America and the rest of the world.

✝️ The Bible informs us about the protection of God. As humans, we want to see God's protection as a magic force field that keeps us from all harm. Yes, God can prevent any evil or destruction but we must remember that we live in a fallen world where we have free will. Many times, God works in ways that we do not understand. Sometimes God's protection comes in the form of peace and strength in the middle of despair. Other times God's protection comes as an ending because he sees something more on the horizon that we cannot see. As a believer in Jesus, we are promised a new life covered under the protection of God in which NOTHING can separate us from His love. Rest knowing that no matter what hardship you face, God is your provider and protector!‼️
