Stay strong in Jesus. I struggle with living by emotions too. I’ve been living this way for over a decade. It’s not the way to live. Live by the word. You are not alone in your battle against addiction and your battle with emotions. May God bless you.

I miss Dr. Charles Stanley. He was a faithful servant of the lord. He is also encouraging to listen to. This message I needed to remind me that I don't have to make decisions alone. God will never forsake or leave me in my time of need.

I have been listening to this man since I was young. My father and I watched it together. And my dad passed in 2016. My dad was in no way perfect, but he did one thing right: he introduced me to God. He instilled in me the desire to be with God. What helped me with PTSD, depresion, anxiety, and a lot more diseases, is living with God. I'm not out of the woods yet, but God has lit a path for me and everyday His word is my light. I believe and declare those who are in the grips of depression and all those mental health diseases that God will light a path for them and they will make it out of the dark forest. Amen!

I also suffered from depression anxiety ptsd and adhd for over 20 years for such a burden prayer may not be enough action may be what's needed how much time does your son spend devoted to the service of God or the uplifting of others specifically in the name of Jesus surrendering my life to Christ fully is where I found deliverance the flesh wars against the spirit so to overcome the flesh you have to feed the spirit more than the flesh this includes secular music tv video games and ungodly activities and relationships

So powerful. I was introduced to a church by my aunt. I attended the church 5 days of the week and was strong in my faith. Once I moved to America, I stopped praying, tithing, and reading my bible that went on for 5 years. Everything went downfall, but I decided to give my life to Christ on April 9th, 2023

It is hard to work around people don't love Jesus

I'm grateful to Dr. Stanley for a lifetime of sharing with God's people. I had something like 10 or 15 years of sobriety (& also those many years being a believer) when I had the privilege of hearing Dr. Stanley's series on Brokenness the Way to Blessing. It explained so much to me. To date the Lord has given me 51 years sober. May I live for HIM, my Counselor and Redeemer.

Please pray for me to be used by God to do his Holy Work. Thank God

Matthew you can accomplish complete sobriety by surrendering completely to Christ. I’m a proud mother of a 39 year old man that was on crack, acid and anything else he could get his hands on from the time he was 14 until 34, in and out of jail, homeless, you name it. And all by the graces of God he’s now sober, clean and married to a Christian woman with two beautiful sons he adores. He fault his demons on his knees. So just keep the faith and take all of your doubts and fears to the Lord. Get involved with a church that preaches the word of Christ from the Bible. Pray every time you feel weak and the Lord will give you strength. Read and pray daily if only a verse, start in the new testament and read Psalms, get to know the Lord and you will be amazed at what he can do. May God bless you and keep you safe from harm. Words to remember Psalms 23, Proverbs 3:5-8

With the understanding that Jesus Christ is soon to return, days are almost unbearable.An "endless" waiting that is to compare with. I don't feel at home in this world really.Never did to be honest. This is my testimony about the Holy Spirit…one time I was very insisting for God’s answer for my prayers. All along He’s been telling me in my quiet times and reading to wait…this time I heard the Holy Spirit yelled at me saying..WAIT FOR I Will SURELY BLESS YOU…I was divinely shocked….yes I’m still waiting but now I’m being knowing that He is God . God is patient and kind. He’s always working though we don’t see him working, He. Never stops working. His timing is perfect ❤

I have felt like I was not very much liked and no one had very much respect for me growing up, I was the youngest of six children and love them all, and I did make so stupid mistakes most my life. But to think God could really love and value me , I am always in awe at the kindness of lord jesus christ and what he thinks is all really matters, I just need more of the holy spirit to strength in me. As I ask lord jesus christ forgive me , make me anew creation in christ jesus name. I must learn to be aware of God's directions.

The Lord is always willing and ready to receive is even when our very own despise us. A lot of the time they themselves are hurting and do not have much to give, God is our refuge and strength a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1.

It always has. 1 John 2:15-16 KJV... "Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. [16] For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world." In Christ's Love

God has kept me ,he brought me through the 9-11-01 attacks in ny the pandemic, so much he has a mission for me he's kept me around for a good reason ,I just need to seek out what he wants me to do ,im sure its for a glorious reason

"Childlike depending on Christ" is what I want written on my grave stone. Because this was the hardest lesson I have had to learn in this life and I was able to by Gods amazing grace learn!!
