Tried your recipe .Thank You Mahima. Tasted delicious. First time I am trying a recipe without onion and capsicum.except frying , everything was so easy. Don't know why my gobi didn't turn crisp. May be I didn't add enough oil to deep fry it. First batches got fried and for remaining batches, didn't add enough oil. Finally i ended up using all the oil in the pan.Will try deep frying next time. Would also love to know your version of chilli gobi too. Please post when you have sometime Thanks again

Why do you need side dish for veg biriyani? Serve with lime pickle, salad and a pappad
