10 dollars a goat! That seems like a great deal. ☺️ Eman really wants goats, so we love watching and learning for future goat owning! Also I am pretty sure I have used negative and minus interchangeably and grew up in Montana and North Dakota where there was negitive weather a lot!!

So good to know I'm not too crazy in my speech! lol It's been stinkin' cold in the NEGATIVE temps that made me want to MINUS myself out of here! Or...something like that...lol 😆

We are in Wi last night was -33 & our goats are troopers. We are also blessed with a super vet and he has a no charge for ultrasound It is part of heard health Our girls are all set...

🤔🐐I've heard of a few local farmers all putting in 💰 to get a ultra sound machine & they all share it. It's more cost effective to go in with a few since you only use it a handful of times a year.

Sooo cold! It's just...not right to get that cold! lol It's not any fun--I was trying to stay thankful through it but it was a struggle. 😊 And Emersyn...that's too bad. I hope it doesn't kill trees and all that being that cold there. But I keep telling myself...spring is coming! It'll come someday!

@@DelcifromALifeofHeritage today the low is -11 that's cold and there calling for it to last all week here, and in the spring it will be tornado season :( In 2017 a tornado blew are public school down( no one was in it) I pray that the animals stay warm, I've been binge watching you're keeping goats warm in the winter videos.

@@emersynjordon3775 oh yuck! We must have passed our horrid cold on to you! It’s no fun! Just keep them out of the wind and tucked in the barn with extra hay and watch them as the cold goes away just to make sure they don’t get something like pneumonia. Stay close to the heat this week!

@@DelcifromALifeofHeritage i have 2 pygmy does which are bred to my nigeran dwarf buck they are all together in a barn without drafts, they have clean shavings, warm water and hay. I'm worried about my little bottle calf but again clean shaving lots of hay and warm water and a warm barn. of course one of the does should kid tomorrow the COLDEST day, so I might have to put a heater or something in their barn to keep the kids warm. stay warm :)

It’s turning out to be a whole week of winter storms...yesterday (Tuesday) was the snow...today it’s rain showers which is going to make the dangerous days with the temps freezing it to ice...

We had an ice storm that knocked out our power Wednesday night it's been rough, our friends just loaned us a generator 🙌🙌 because we don't know when our power will be back on, we didn't want to lose our food

That's so crazy it got that cold down there! I hope trees and blossoms and all that isn't hurt permanently down there.

It was $40 for my two does to be ultrasound and both also got hooves trimmed too:-)

negative and - are the same thing. Don't let people bully you. Your Fine! I thought the 20's and teens were bad here in WNY. Don't know how you can breathe out there.

Delci.... do the does come on heat same time every month? I'm new to having goats and I was told that my doe was bred a month before I got her, I haven't seen her on heat, so I am hoping she's pregnant.

This cold just ran through the entire country, didn't it? I keep feeling bad for most of the states getting cold that aren't used to it. At least we expect it to get insanely cold in the winter here and are mostly prepared for it.

No I haven’t, I just got a couple of goats and one of them I thought was pregnant and my husband said no and then she started separating herself from the others. So I put her in a pen and been checking everyday now for five days and still waiting

And we could feel the babies. Her private parts are very swollen and the other owner had no clue that she is pregnant so I have no idea when she was breed. I am new to raising Goats for milk and cheese. And because they are so sweet pets

@@DelcifromALifeofHeritage My first 2 kids were born today but sadly the first was stillborn but the second was tiny and is struggling a bit but he is finally eating and I thank God daily for the blessings of my goats and farm life. It is only 5 acres but big enough for me.

🙄Its ridiculous the way people get "bothered" by the way someone says or pronounces a word!People online act like they do everything perfect & Are super rude alot of times!
