In this video we take a look at my Goat Format binder that I've been collecting for the past year or so. I've been enjoying building a few Goat decks and playing with friends while sanctioned events are currently on pause. This binder includes many Goat staples such as Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning, Magician of Faith, Scapegoat, Book of Moon, Dust Tornado, etc.
