We usually prefer them in mackerel fish curry.. If u like th taste than u can use them.. 😊

can we use tamarind chutney instead of tamarind? Will it change the taste?

U can try.. If Tamarind chutney doesn't hv chaat Masala than its fine..

Why no 4 pepper corns and 1/4" ginger ? Add a small piece of Maggie cube to enhance the taste. Try it at your place with the missing ingredients. The taste will be much better. Thx. Otherwise, everything perfect.

I stopped using Maggie cubes because it has MSG and nt good for health 😊 thnx for the suggestion I vl try with ginger n Peppercorns next time 👍
