Purpose does not need to be idealized! A humble purpose like “Save a plumber 30 minutes a day so he can play with his kids earlier.” Is much more believable and powerful.

The analogy of car is beautiful. I also thought that cruise ship is a good analogy. Because the are a lot of crew (employee) who each of them playing a different role to make the passenger (customer) journey enjoyable & exciting.

This is the way some CEOs see it: The car is the company and they are driving. The workers are the fuel. The goal is the money. The workers burn out like fuel for the CEOs goal. Once the fuel ends, so does the company, and the goal is reached. Then they can buy a new car (company) and start again.

However, you can still push the car without a fuel so it can move towards the destination. It will be difficult but not impossible.

Simon has something only a low percentage have: brilliance & good heart. The world is filled with predators who use all their resources to eat as much people as possible, to kill as many dreams and souls as possible just to make a buck. The sad part is that they are admired when they should be disgusted. I think Simon is the spokesman that there is a better way

I believe this concept, albeit note in difficult times and in low-paying industries we have to be mindful that money is probably a key focus for employees right now. In some professions they’ve chosen to be there, in others no choice. We need to tread carefully on translating goals and what they mean, so thst everyone feels like they’re going to get to Alaska.

*THIS STORY WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE* *Struggling will make you stronger* 💪🏻 Once upon a time, a man found a butterfly that was starting to hatch from its cocoon. He sat down and watched the butterfly for hours as it struggled to force itself through a tiny hole. Then, it suddenly stopped making progress and looked like it was stuck. Therefore, the man decided to help the butterfly out. He took a pair of scissors and cut off the remaining bit of the cocoon. The butterfly then emerged easily, although it had a swollen body and small, shriveled wings. The man thought nothing of it, and he sat there waiting for the wings to enlarge to support the butterfly. However, that never happened. The butterfly spent the rest of its life unable to fly, crawling around with small wings and a swollen body. Despite the man’s kind heart, he didn’t understand that the restricting cocoon and the struggle needed by the butterfly to get itself through the small hole were God’s way of forcing fluid from the body of the butterfly into its wings to prepare itself for flying once it was free. I Love You ❤️ 💕

When it comes to investing, we want our money to grow with the highest rates of return, and the lowest risk possible. While there are no shortcuts to getting rich, but there are smart ways to go about it.4) But I don't know why people remain poor due to ignorance.

If ‘making money’ is all that drives a particular entrepreneur, they won’t likely survive the inevitable stresses of building a business. Sure, providing for one’s family is ‘fuel’ for such passion, but when the ‘drive’ comes from something ‘higher’, it’s like putting in high octane fuel in large quantities - so necessary to get to the finish line!

Setting goals without a clear purpose can lead to aimless pursuit and lack of direction. Goals should align with your values and aspirations, and serve a purpose in your life. When goals are purpose-driven, they provide a sense of direction and focus, and give you a reason to push through obstacles and challenges. Take time to reflect on what you truly want to achieve and why. By defining a clear purpose for your goals, you can increase your motivation and achieve greater success in your pursuits. Remember, the purpose of a goal is not just to achieve it, but also to grow and learn along the way.
