Your honesty in today's episode about being nervous for the livestream resonates with me. My career is in IT and if there's one thing anyone can become fearful about regardless of career is call centres and working in anything that involves interactions. I still get nervous when folks call me and in my current environment I have to help walk-in folks because I stress on the complexity of their questions. I am always to try and help to the point my face reddens from lack of breath. I tell myself I have the Internet at my fingertips for the quick bits of information and I have my work colleagues to support my back if I ever need them to help my immediate user. I will take to heart your advice about one-on-one training. It is always encouraged to expand yourself and learn but there are many sources out there lacking the basic foundations of good reputable information. This is why we have teachers, trainers, and why there are communication courses; they are available so that one can organize thoughts, support opinions with facts, data and other evidence. Not everyone is wired to be scientific to fight COVID nor is everyone wired to safely handle our food and provide us with basic nourishment. It is prudent to do your homework for anything to keep yourself safe and able. Have a great day!

Hay Wayne are you still in the comments #TT What is a Lundy loop and should I use it in my case of having goalie pads that are too small

Lundy loop is a small loop on the back of most modern skates. If you run your bootstrap through it, it will pull the pad up off your foot a little. You can use it to fudge maybe an inch, but it won't make a 32" pad fit like a 35" pad.
