I feel people don't think that this all goa is about... But the tourists their do go there to loosen up. I personally don't feel that it is bad to be known for it, but that's not what all think. Moreover I feel Goa is a place in our country where there aren't as many restrictions so people feel more free.

First of, thank you for not being disrespectful after saying, "don't want to disrespect you" While I personally like places where there is more freedom for people to do what they wish to do, I do understand the point you are trying to convey. The tourism there has made a freer environment and the part and parcel has now become more acceptable than most states. Hence, that kind of an image. Goa is a beautiful place with much more than booze, drugs and rock and roll. 😄
