I am really sorry, but I had publish a new version this episode, 24 hours after the premiere, to fix some minor errors I could not stand. For this I apologize, and I hope it hasn't caused too much trouble. This version will stay.

What is 24h when people are still watching it a year later? And hopefully for years to come. Great tutorial! Thank you!

Trance didn't really exist before the early Goa parties. It's where a lot of those sensibilities came from. Early Goa parties were a mix of Acid House, Proto/Early Techno, New Beat, Industrial, Italo and anything in between that fit into the sound and vibe the DJs were pushing (all played on tapes) If anyones interested there's a good book about this time called 'Moon Juice Stomper' that goes well with a compilation of big early Goa party tracks called 'Gonzo Goa: Party Music 87-94'. It really was an incredible scene/time, out of all the big music movements and era's it's the one I wish I could have been around to see the most! The mix of acid, genuine freaks, incredible music/DJs combined with the energy and beauty of Goa made for something really quite special.

Loving it! Goa doesn't need a lot of instruments I've learned over the past months (random noise, acid tribe/tiny robotz, mindsphere, and you :D). Inspiring to see you build this sound with just a few synths. A drum computer, bassline, acid line, and some leads. And just tweak the knobs at "random". Thank you again for dropping this one. Been waiting for it since you started this series :D🥰

Beautiful design, and I have heard good about it, but I have not used it, so I cannot advice.
Hey. I love what you are doing! Awesome music and awesome performances every time. Me and a friend of mine started a Discord community for people who make Psy with hardware. We would love it if you join. We were helping each other a lot and we thought that it would be great if we included more people.

Cool, I'll check it out!
there are very few redeeming qualities about psy trance or trance in general. its the point at which people started letting the machines make music instead of controlling the machines. there is no soul in it. i do respect the early scenes though.

Yes, there is something special about the tracks that was made with just a limited amount of synths and a Atari ST with MIDI interface.
