I love when I find an old book and it has the little library flap inside where you can see who previously checked it out. so cute! I also loved the sweater with the fall leaves VERY PRECIOUS. So is the plaid dress! I can see why you left with more clothing than usual - you really hit the jackpot this time

Yes, please, more antique fair content! We don't have any antique fairs here where I live, so I long to see what is out there.

The bottom up one is so cool. You could have tried that one on there. But it will make a cute jacket of sorts.

I’m a new subscriber and I love your videos! I wanted to share a few tips as a fellow “person who gets overheated way too fast”: bring an umbrella or parasol (it’s hand held shade!), a scarf or handkerchief to cover your neck can do wonders (even with a hat the sun can hit there a lot), loose sleeves protect from heat more than short sleeves, make sure you aren’t wearing heavy shoes or socks (as your hands and feet are the first things that want to cool down when you overheat), and warm water cools you down better than ice (as our bodies have to work to get the ice water up to body temp). Hopefully some of these help you or anyone else who can relate. 🥰

Oh thank you! Good tips. I got heat sick after a Ren Faire I went to on Saturday and it was brutal 😅 definitely gonna have to try these. I did just buy a parasol so I’ll be using that.

The quilted over dress just spoke to me so cute. You could put buttons on the button while side and lightly lace it up that way over an outfit. I think it would look amazing over leggings or a cat suit

So brave to go in this heat! I haven't been in at least a year but would love to go again. I don't have room for anything else but hope to seek out some fun boho jewelry , a fringe purse , maybe some other fun 70s type goodies for my wardrobe... Mainly I just love to "window" shop now. You found some lovely treasures! Especially love that sweater on you.

Me too! I’ve been to some antique malls too to window shop and it’s cool to get thrift inspiration. What I love about the fairs/markets though is the prices are usually better than the antique malls.

I love the fall sweater and that pink dress was absolutely worth the $20!

Yeah it was already scorching and I got there at 9ish. I wanted to get there at open (6:30) to beat the heat but I failed 😂 getting up that early on a Sunday hurts.

It’s every second Sunday, currently at the Sleep Train Arena parking lot in Natomas area. It used to be downtown I think on X street but they moved it temporarily this year due to construction. I heard they’ll eventually move back to their original spot but not sure when. I have the website linked in the video description but you can also follow their Instagram for updates @sacantiquefaire

I think I follow the Manteca Faire on Instagram but I haven’t had a chance to go! The Sac one is convenient since it’s close and Manteca is a bit of a drive but maybe I’ll make plans to go sometime 😊

I live pretty close to Sac (like an hour and a half south) and am trying to convince my bestie to go with me but she’s another hour south of me. And the fiancé works weekends 😭

I usually don’t go to these for clothes so I didn’t think to bring a measuring tape. I usually mostly get decor/antiques.
