Rubber plant does not mind sunlight. We have a rubber plant that is growing in full sun outside. It has been there for last 10 yrs. It is wrong to think that it does not thrive in sunlight.

Pl.suggest kijiye mera rubber plan 2 months ke pahele laya tha tab badhiya tha uska soil reddish and hard ( most probebaly chikana ) bhi tha maine 10 din pahele usme maine compost dala tha usje bad se bilkul dye ki taraf ja raha hai kya use repot karu ? Soil xhange karake well drain le sakta hu . Abhi to sari leaf gal chuki hai me pareshan hu kkekya karu Pl.badhiya solution batayiye .

how much time shoud It take to throw a new shoot ? I just cut the whole stem as it was dried and replanted the root with an inch of stem in a well drained soil mix. And covered it with plastic in order to maintain humidity. Do u think it will grow ?

Nothing special just fresh garden soil, sand and cow dung compost.

What if we have leaves get brown also in corner ?

Sir, I had a question! My newly purchased variegated rubber plant received 2 days of heavy rain, and its leaves have wilted, one leaf fell of today with one side being completely brown. The soil has woodchips, cocopeat, garden soil and vermicompost. Now it's being kept indoors recieving Indirect sunlight. But still not completely healthy yet. Any guesses as to what was done wrong? Any reply is appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you for your comment. I guess it is due to over watering as you say there was havey rain. Please wait for dry the soil mixture, you can put the plant in direct sunlight in for a while.

Shall I use same process for my rubber plant? All leaves falled down now. First leaves drooped down like shiwn in video, then it started to dry. Now it has only stem and one baby leave, which also drying. Kindly suggest to save my plant.

Vivek ji thank you for your comment. I think you should repot your plant and add natural furtiliser like cow dung compost, also I will suggest you add 1tespoon urea compost. Your plant will get new fresh life. Take care. Please do like, share and subscribe.

@@gogreen3142 Thanks for your reply. I have removed plant from existing pot and washed it's roots (it looks almost black) with water and merged for 30 minutes in Cinnamon powder solution. Now I am ready to repot. I don't have urea. Shall I mix NPK 20-20-20 fertilizer in soil during repotting. Kindly guide me.
