DMG is a German company, Mori Seiki is a Japanese company. They've been partnered up for a couple years now, and I doubt either would allow any component of importance to be manufactured in China. If there's two nations on the Earth that know how to build precision hardware, it's Germany and Japan. Also, in the event of a nuclear attack from North Korea and/or China, multiple Mori Seiki VMCs join together to form Voltron and destroy the nukes. True story.
