Great view of the work that goes into these race winners. Blueprinted race engines fly.

What means Blueprint ed please?

Engineering drawings were once re-produced from the original in a " blue print ". To blue print an engine is to set all tolerances exactly to the manufacturers specifications for the engine, class rules or that type of racing. Items like compression ratio, crankshaft alignment, bearing alignment and piston weight to name just a few.
Master artist!!!! Beautiful work!!!
very impressive technical competence !
Great job, i made this four years for Yamaha racing on the same engines never allowed to film so great to see one.

A 600 with 150hp.. to the wheel im assuming is absolutely nuts lmfao. My 99 r1 had 150hp and it was at best dangerous in good hands and a death trap for those who think they know how to ride. Bikes are so crazy these days. Amazing video! We dont get enough of these

150 hp to the crank . which is already ultra powered for a 600 .

+150bhp from 0.6L is crazy when you think about it
Also the tool @8:20 above the head 2:43 is the tool holding the crankshaft specially made? Could anyone point me towards where they would sell this ?
0:28 153 HP 😎

@@zacharysmith7872 don't we all know that if this engine makes 153 at crank then it'll definitely be more than 135hp through wheels. Which, no Dyno Tune has ever delivered. 135hp is elixir for R6 riders.

the biggest problem is the race rules with the valves we have see 140hp at the tire @@AST4EVER
how much to do my 2019 r1 engine
I think this is a good definition of "balanced & blueprinted" as us Yankees would say😂
