This was very helpful. I don’t understand why people lie about their mpg in forums. Thank you for the honest info though. I’m definitely sold on the LZ0, just waiting until the end of the year.

Murphy/Walmart diesel or gas is the same as everyone else. Same tanker trucks fill up at same Refinery and deliver to all the stations. My last trip in my 2021 RST I got 28.4 (350 highway miles). My new 2023 LTZ on the return trip I was at 24.6. Going is down hill (2300' to 700' elevation) and usually some tail wind. Coming back is uphill and had a stead head/cross wind of 15-20. Oh yea hope the SOBs that stole the 2021 get caught some day.

Negative. Might load at same terminals but branded (Shell/Sunoco etc) has proprietary additives injected at the loading rack. You are not getting the same gas. The other difference is how the station maintains their tanks. All this is negligible in real world performance of your vehicle.

Was this video made in 1995 ??? 2.89 for gas? That's easily a $2.00 cheaper a gallon than we get here in WA. wow

No it went down to that a few weeks ago. It was $3.09 two weeks ago and $3.69 today. Same station I buy all the time in my small town. Between Huntsville AL and Auburn AL, Friday, I saw everything from $4.49 to $4.99

2021 AT4 3.0 with 10 ply 34.5” tires and a 2” leveling kit and my average is 21-22 mpg

Sounds pretty goos with the bigger tires. I figure the camper topper cost me 1/2mpg. What if I leveled my Denali? Would it hurt the ride or the mpg?

@@KingsOutdoorLife if you level you’ll want upper control arms too. The factory ball joints on the stock ones will not have the correct angle and will give up pretty quick. Yes it will hurt ride and mpg but not a lot.
