GM Remy Presas Sr. 6 COUNT DRILL

Спорт

This is the Modern Arnis 6-count drill as created by GM Remy Presas Sr. This partner drill is based on 3 strikes that are mirrored by each participant. This drill has also been called the 6 count SUMBRADA. Note how the late GM expresses this drill in both stick and empty hand versions.

I never got to train with him, but my instructor did. He was an instructor under GM Remy. I am grateful that I was able to experience and train in his art. Thank you.

The GR8 GM Remy Presas!!! The Filipino MA is at the top of the charts in JKD Concepts. For those who learn and teach, please also teach the history of the Filipino people relative to combat. Before it was called Arnis (Spaniard forced influence), it was Kali. Much respect and adoration to the culture of the Filipino people
