Yes, indeed. Ditto, in both regards, Von Stade and Te Kanawa. Has there ever been a finer casting of the three leading ladies in the 230+ years since this greatest of all operas was written?
Highest level of performance. Bravo!
This is the 21st century and they still don't provide the option for subtitles. The art of Opera could be opened to millions. From experience it opens the art form to its highest level.

ehannemann that doesn’t have subtitles for the whole thing, go to arte de digna’s channel that’s has subtitles for the whole thing
Acting of Frederica von Stade in "Non piu andrai" is something quite different than Cherubino used to doing. This is, no doubt, idea of stage director Peter Hall. Instead of being molested, frightened, even in tears, this Cherubino looks glad, even proud, to be a soldier. Interesting and very good way to leaving a template.

Regarding your description, the past participle of “lead” is “led”. Please change to “led by Kiri Te Kanawa” or it makes no sense.
